If you have set up a web domain and email address for your domain with us, you will be able to access your email account in 2 ways:


  1. You can always use Web-Based Email to send and receive email messages (http://webmail.secureserver.net). Login with your email address and password
  2. Post Office Protocol (POP) lets you retrieve email from a remote server through an email client such as Outlook, your mobile device's built in email client (Android, Apple), etc.


Below are some examples on how to set it up on Outlook, Macintosh, and on mobile devices.


Outlook 2010 Setup

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010. Click File, and then click Add Account.
  2. At the bottom, select Manually configure server settings or additional server types, and click Next.
  3. Select Internet E-mail, and click Next.
  4. Enter Your Name and full E-mail Address.
  5. If you have IMAP, select IMAP for your Account Type. If you're not sure, select POP3. Use these settings for your incoming and outgoing servers, depending on the type of email you have:
    IMAP
    Incoming email serverimap.secureserver.net
    SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)smtpout.secureserver.net
    POP
    Incoming email serverpop.secureserver.net
    SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)smtpout.secureserver.net
  6. Enter your User Name (your full email address) and Password, and select Remember password.
  7. Click More Settings.
  8. Click the Outgoing Server tab. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and Use same settings as my incoming mail server. Select the Advanced tab.
  9. Next to < b>Outgoing Server (SMTP), type 80. Then click OK.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Outlook 2010 will test your settings. When it’s done, click Close.
  12. Click Finish.


iPhone Setup

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  2. Tap Add Account, Other, Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter your Name, Email Address, Password, and a short description for your email. Tap Next.
  4. Use these settings for your Incoming Mail Server:
    IMAP
    Tap IMAP at the top
    Host Nameimap.secureserver.net
    User Name<your email address>
    PasswordEnter your email password
  5. Use these settings for your Outgoing Mail Server:
    SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)
    Host Namesmtpout.secureserver.net
    User Name<your email address>
    PasswordEnter your email password
  6. Tap Save.


Android Setup

  1. Open your device's email application.
  2. If you already have an email account set up, press Menu and tap Accounts. Press Menu again and tap Add account.
  3. Type your Email address and Password, and click Next.
  4. Tap IMAP.
  5. Use these settings for your Incoming Mail Server:
    IMAP
    Host Nameimap.secureserver.net
    User Name<your email address>
    PasswordEnter your email password
    Port143
  6. Use these settings for your Outgoing Mail Server:
    SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)
    Host Namesmtpout.secureserver.net
    Port80
    Security TypeNone
  7. Select Require sign-in and make sure your Username (your full email address) and Password are correct. Tap Next.
  8. Tap Next again. Name your account and enter the name you want to display on outgoing messages.
  9. Tap Done.


Apple Mail Setup

  1. Launch Mail.
  2. If the Welcome to Mail window does not display, select Add Account from the File menu.
  3. Complete the following fields, and then click Continue.
    • Full Name — The name to display on your email.
    • Email Address — <your email address>
    • Password — Your email account password.
  4. Complete the following fields, and then click Continue.
    • Account Type — Select IMAP
    • Description — A description of the email address to display in the email account list in Mail.
    • Incoming Mail Se rver — imap.secureserver.net
    • User Name — <your email address>
    • Password — Your email account password.
  5. If prompted for Incoming Mail Security, select the following and then click Continue.
    • Click Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
    • Select Password.
  6. Complete the following fields, and then click Continue.
    • Description — A description of the SMTP server to display in the SMTP server list in Mail.
    • Outgoing Mail Server — smtpout.secureserver.net
    • Use Authentication — Select this option.
    • User Name — <your email address>
    • Password — Your email account password.
  7. If prompted for Outgoing Mail Security, select the following and then click Continue.

    • Click Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
    • Select Password.
  8. Select Take account online, and then click Create.



General Settings


To Configure POP for Your Email Account

  1. Create an account with your email client.
  2. In the client for which you want to configure POP, locate the POP settings and enter the following:

    Username
    Your full email address
    Password
    Your email account password
    Incoming Mail Server
    pop.secureserver.net
    Outgoing Mail Server
    smtpout.secureserver.net
    Incoming Port
    110
    Outgoing Port
    One of the following: 25, 80, 3535

NOTE: Your email client may require password authentication for your Outgoing Mail Server.
