The Master Schedule Tool allows you to generate a schedule of games and events from multiple leagues (i.e. hockey and soccer). From here you are able to export individual events or the entire result set to an ICS file for import in to Outlook, Google Calendar, etc. This is helpful for a parent who has kids who play in multiple sports/leagues with a single organization.
Step 1
On the left navigation menu of your organization's esportsdesk website, click on the Calendar link.

Next click on Master/Export to Calendar
Alternatively, you can also access the Master Schedule / Export to Calendar Tool from the Schedules Page as well:
Then you can click Master/Export to Calendar
Step 3
Select which sites you want to see the schedule from. Then select which events to include in (2). Finally click Submit Selected Sites to view the teams selected for those sites.
Step 4
Select the teams, then the date range to view the events which are scheduled for those teams. Click Get Games/Events.
Step 5
Your selected teams' events will be displayed below. You can choose to export the event to calendar by clicking the Export Event. Alternatively you can choose to export all events listed by clicking Export Below Events. Clicking on Export will download a file to your computer (with the extension ICS) and you can import it to your Calendar software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar)
