If you want to show or hide your player's personal information (i.e. phone number, email, address, etc.) on your public web site, follow the below steps.


Step 1


Login to the to your Administrator Account of your esportsdesk.com website.



Step 2


If applicable, go to the Sites page and pick the site you want to work with. You can also use the drop down list at the top of the page, if it is available.




Step 3


For each of the profile fields (e.g. Gender, Height, Weight, etc.) click the slider switches to choose the following settings:

  • Enabled - determines whether the chosen field will be available on a player's profile for an administrator to view and fill in

  • Required - if the field is enabled, this determines whether the administrator is required to enter a value before saving the player's profile information

  • Public - this determines whether the given field will be displayed on the player's profile page on the public website. You may want to collect some information for operational reasons only and may not want those details displayed to the public




Step 5


When you done, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button, or click the green circular save button in the bottom-right corner of the screen at any time.
