Step 1

Login to your Administrator account of your website.

If applicable, pick your site using the drop down list at the top of the page.

Click Edit Rosters.

Select your team from the dropdown, then click Edit on the player you wish to suspend.

Step 5

In "Team & Player Status" box, select the dropdown under "Status." Select Suspended, then fill in the reason for suspension as requested.

The system will automatically reinstate a suspended player (i.e. remove their suspension and mark them as Active) when the 'Eligible to play again on' date arrives.  If you do not enter an "Eligible to play again on" date, then the system sill not automatically remove the suspension for you.

*Note*: The Display Transactions page is not available for a free site. If you are a Plus/Pro client, please get in touch with us directly to enable the viewing of transactions on the public page.


Be sure to save your changed by pressing "Click to Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Step 6

Here is how it will look like on the public page. You can press the red "S" icon (on non-responsive sites) or hover your mouse over the red crossed-circle icon (on repsonsive sites) to see details of the suspended player.
