If your child has an account with your email address on it, you can add an account for yourself and have your child associated as a family member under your account.
Step 1
Log-in to your child's account using your email address and the account password
Step 2
Click on “Add Family Member” and then on the next page, the “Add Family Member” button, if it is available. If there aren't any existing family members associated on the account, the "Add Family Member" button will not be shown.
Step 3
Select “Parent/Guardian” for the Relationship, and fill out the rest of the form with YOUR information
Step 4
Click the blue "Continue" button to complete the process
This will make your account the parent account (with YOUR email address and the same password), with your child(ren) associated as family members
