This article will show you how to create an invitation only event (i.e. participants can only register if they are invited to the event).

Step 1


Login to your Administrator account and go to Registrations under the "Registration & Membership" section of your admin area navigation.



Step 2


Follow the standard steps when creating a New Event Registration, or edit the settings of an existing event. When filling out the form, you will see the option to set the maximum number of participants or teams. 



Step 3


When filling out the registration setup form, set Maximum Individual Participants or Maximum Teams to "Invite only".




Step 4


Agree to the Terms & Conditions at the end of the page to finish creating your registration.
