You can access your User Account to retrieve a past receipt or confirmation email of a transaction you have made.

Step 1

Login in to your User Account.

Step 2

In your user account area, click History in the left navigation menu as shown.

Step 3

Click the envelope icon for the appropriate record. The receipt will be emailed to you.

If you do not receive it, please check your Spam or Junk folder in case the message has been accidentally moved there. You may also want to add to your email application's white list.
