does NOT issue refunds on paid registrations.  esportsdesk does not refund Credit Card or InteracOnline service fees. Convenience Fees are refunded to the Club whenever a player is deleted from an event.  This means Client/Club Administrators provides any refund directly to the User from the funds that esportsdesk disbursed to your Club.  The amount refunded to the Parent should be LESS the system service fees: for Credit Card (varies with program fee amount) and for InteracOnline – which are not refunded to the Client (Club) organization.

The Club cuts a check to refund Users only after the collected funds have landed in the Club Bank Account. A Refund Administration Fee may be withheld on the total for all non-refundable system services fees.
