You can create coupons to offer discounts to your members or to help promote your event or membership etc. 


Note that users can't use coupon codes to pay for Recurring Payments/Installments.


Step 1


Login to your Administrator account and access the SMART Administration area of your account.


Step 2


Press the Coupons link on the left navigation menu.




Step 3


Click Add a New Coupon.



Step 4


Next fill in the form provided.


The Coupon Code is the code that your registrant will enter to get the discount when checking out. Next set the dates your coupon will be valid on.


In the Discount field, you can enter how much discount off the original price the user will get. It can either be a percentage or a flat amount. For example you can enter 20% off or $25 off directly.


You can enter Max Coupons Redeemable if you want to set a limit on the number of coupons that are redeemable. You can choose a set limit, or make it unlimited.


You may choose to include a Waiver.


 


Step 5


If applicable, choose which Events or Memberships you want this coupon to be available for, then choose to make it Active immediately or Disabled.


Click Save New Coupon to finish.



Step 6


Your new coupon will be displayed here. Clicking on the Actions menu allows you to edit/delete the coupon or access a detailed report of it.


On this page you can also view which coupons have expired as well as show a detailed report coupons redeemed.
