You can create coupons/vouchers to offer discounts to your members or to help promote your event or membership 


Coupons can be used once for a discount on a registration or membership purchase. If the full amount of the coupon is not used with the purchase, any remaining value is lost.


Reusable Vouchers have a set value and can be used multiple times until the value is reduced to $0.00



Step 1


Login to your Administrator account and access the Administration area of your account.



Step 2


Press the Coupons & Vouchers link on the administrator navigation




Step 3


Click Add a New Coupon/Voucher.




Step 4


Next fill in the form provided.


Select whether you are creating a Coupon or a Reusable Voucher:

Code is the code that your registrant will enter to get the discount when checking out. Next set the date range that your coupon/voucher will be valid for.


In the Discount or Amount field, you can enter how much discount off the original price the user will get. For coupons this can either be a percentage or a flat amount. For example you can enter 20% off or $25 off directly.  For vouchers, it must be a flat amount.


For coupons, you can fill out the Max Coupons Redeemable field if you want to set a limit on the number of coupons that are available to be used. You can choose a set limit, or make it unlimited.


You may choose to include a Waiver.

 



Step 5


If applicable, choose which Events or Memberships you want this coupon/voucher to be available for, then choose to make it Active immediately or Disabled.


Click Save Changes to finish.




Step 6


Your new coupon/voucher will be displayed here. Clicking on the Actions menu allows you to edit/delete the coupon or access a detailed report of it.  Once someone has used a coupon/voucher, you will not be able to delete it.


On this page you can also view which coupons/voucher have expired as well as show a detailed report of coupons redeemed and/or vouchers used..
