You can update or remove the credit or debit card associated with your account by following the below instructions.
Step 1
Login to your esportsdesk.com User Account
Step 2
Click My Profile from top right corner of the page, or on the left navigation menu as shown below.
Step 3
Click the Payment Card tab and then either the Replace this card or Remove this card button
Step 4
Enter you new credit or debit card information and click the blue Update Card button to save your changes
Alternate Method:
When purchasing a registration or membership, there is an option on the shopping cart page to choose whether to use the credit/debit card on file, or enter a different card (which will then be stored for future use, replacing the card currently on file)
If you have upcoming automated installment payments and the credit card on file is no longer valid, the installment will fail when the system attempts to process it. When this happens, you will receive and email with instructions on how to log-in to your account and make the payment manually. When you do this, the credit/debit card you use will be stored for use on future automated installments.
