You can update or add information about your profile at any time by accessing your esportsdesk.com User Account.


Step 1


Login to your User Account if you already have one, or Create a User Account if you don't already have one.



Step 2


Click My Profile from top right corner of the page, or on the left navigation menu as shown below.




Step 3

Select the appropriate tab for the information you want to review/change



Go through your profile information and make any changes as necessary.

  • Contact Info - Contains your name, contact information, date of birth, gender, your esportsdesk.com user ID number,, etc. This page also allows you to change the email address associated with your account (the one you use to log-in).

  • Profile Photo - Allows you to upload a Profile Picture.

  • Payment Card - Lets you change or remove the card you have on file for processing your purchases

  • Email Options - Allows you to opt-out / in to non-purchase confirmation emails which might be sent by the organizations you are associated with

  • Profile Fields - Review and enter responses for specialized information the organization(s) you are associated with may be collecting (e.g. Proof of Citizenship or Age).  Any documents uploaded here are encrypted and stored securely on our servers.


UPDATING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION


When purchasing a registration or membership, there is an option on the shopping cart page to choose whether to use the credit/debit card on file, or enter a different card (which will then be stored for future use, replacing the card currently on file)



If you have upcoming automated installment payments and the credit card on file is no longer valid, the installment will fail when the system attempts to process it.  When this happens, you will receive and email with instructions on how to log-in to your account and make the payment manually.  When you do this, the credit/debit card you use will be stored for use on future automated installments.
