Front Desk Tools (FDT) can be used when registrants don’t have access to a computer or the internet, don’t have a credit card, or have received subsidized funding. This article will show you how to use the Front Desk Tools. You will need to add a Front Desk Tools Person before you can access FDT in the User Account. Please read "Adding a Front Desk Tools User" for more information.
Go to your esportsdesk.com custom login screen, and Login to Your User Account. (different from Administrator Account)
You’ll notice a new option at the bottom of the left menu for Front Desk Tools; click on it and enter your FDT password provided by your organization. (You may also use your User Account password to login)
Press Log In.
