Step 1
Login to your Administrator account and access the SMART Administration area of your account.
Step 2
Select Global Settings from the left navigation
Step 3
Select the appropriate option for the Do you charge tax? setting, and then save your change by clicking the blue Save Settings button at the bottom of the page
Step 4
Go to the price settings page for each membership and event registration you have, set the Is this price tax exempt? setting to "No", enter the appropriate Tax Name and Tax Rate, and then save your changes by clcking the blue save/submit button at the bottom of the form.
