If one of your users has forgotten their account password, you can send it to them using Front Desk Tools.

Step 1


Login to Front Desk Tools.


Step 2


Select the user's profile you would like to send the password to. If you don't know how, please read the related KB below:

Click Send Account Password. A password reminder will be sent to the user's email address.
