If your registration included Custom Questions, you have the ability to edit your registrants' Custom Question responses if they made a mistake,, or would like to add additional information to the existing response.

Step 1

Login to your Administrator account and access the SMART Administration area of your account.

Step 2

**There are a few ways to lookup a registrant; click here if you know the registrant's name, but don't know which registration they signed up for.**

Click View Registrant List for the event the registrant is in.

Step 3

Select the User ID# of the registrant.

Step 4

Click the Actions menu next to the event name, and click Edit Responses.

Step 5

A box will appear with your registrant's responses to the Custom Questions. Edit the responses as necessary, then click Update to save the changes.
