This Bulk Email area of your web site is one of the most valuable and time saving devices available to you. From here you can send a single email message to all players, select teams, team captains only, or to a list of specific players.
Step 1
First Login to Your Administrator Account.
Step 2
If applicable, go to the Sports -> Sites page and select the site you want to send your email to
Step 3
Click on Bulk Email on the administrator navigation menu and then choose one of the listed options
Step 4
Type in the email contact in the From field, your email's Subject and then the message you want to send
When you are ready, click the Send Email button to send your message to the selected list
