In the Online Text Editor, you can link a string of text to a point somewhere further down the page. Users who click on the link will jump down the page to the spot you've linked to. This is handy for very long pages with lots of content where a sort of "Table of Contents" can make navigating the page easier.
*Note*: Not all text editors in the administration area offer this option.

First Login to Your Administrator Account.

In the online text editor, scroll down to the text you want to set as a "jump down" or "anchor" point and highlight it. Then click the Anchor button (with the flag symbol on it):

Type in the text you’ve highlight (in this example that is “2014” and click “OK”. This sets the anchor at that place in the page. The next steps show you how to link to that anchor so your visitors can "jump down" to that point in the page..

Scroll to the top of the page and type the text for the new link (“2014” in this case). Highlight that text and click the Link button:

Select “Link to anchor in the text” from the Link Type dropdown. Then select the appropriate option from the By Anchor Name dropdown. Click OK to save your changes.

Repeat the above steps for all the anchor links you want to add. When you are done, save the entire custom page.
